The Fiscal Reporting section includes fiscal guidance, fiscal reporting tools and training related to fiscal data collection and reporting including guidance on annual and quarterly reporting as well as links and resources relating to NOVA, (the fiscal reporting system). Additionally, this section includes information about annual allocations, and the CFAD, including guidance and reporting requirements.

Consortium Fiscal Administration Declaration (CFAD) Process Information Page

Description:

The Consortium Fiscal Administration Declaration (CFAD) is the process whereby the CAEP consortia members agree upon their allocations for the upcoming fiscal year and can make any adjustments from prior years. The CFAD allows regions to assign a member as a fund administrator as well. This page includes the guidance and letters from the CAEP Office regarding the CFAD.

Regional Formula Information Page

Description:

The allocation formula is the method used by the State to determine annual allocations to regional consortia. This page includes the current allocation by consortium, the census variables by region used to develop the formula and information about the formula used to determine the annual allocations.
