Description:
The Consortium Fiscal Administration Declaration (CFAD) is the process whereby the CAEP consortia members agree upon their allocations for the upcoming fiscal year and can make any adjustments from prior years. The CFAD allows regions to assign a member as a fund administrator as well. This page includes the guidance and letters from the CAEP Office regarding the CFAD.
